Hachem Management Group put on world class events. We work closely with you to develop a vision and concept through to production and messaging. We can manage your event from inception to execution, all the while ensuring it’s delivered within your budget.
Event Concept Design
HMG will work closely with your key stakeholders on the overall event concept, production and messaging. This includes concept discussion and development of a preliminary budget.
HMG Resources
HMG will assign an Event Manager to your event who will work closely with your stakeholders and project team to ensure that the event production aligns with your expectations.
Project Management
HMG will develop a detailed project plan for the event, encompassing the input and deliverables from all key stakeholders. Your event manager will manage the project plan to ensure on-time delivery and execution of the highest quality.
Supplier Management
HMG will source appropriate suppliers and negotiate best price and quality from suppliers on your behalf. HMG will use best effort to work with suppliers to fit within the agreed budget. HMG will brief all suppliers on the deliverables for your event.
Budget Management
HMG will manage the event budget with you, the client is responsible for paying all supplier invoices. HMG will operate within the approved signed-off budget, with any additional costs to be discussed before any commitment to expenditure.
Risk Management
HMG will work closely with your existing safety team to produce a basic risk assessment plan for the event and provide professional advice to you for all aspects pertaining to Risk and OH&S protocols specific to the event.
Graphic Design and Printing
HMG can provide Graphic Design services for the event to ensure that all collateral reflects the required branding. Design and printing costs are additional to the event management fee and depend on the scope of the project.
On the day Event Management
HMG will manage the following items on the day of the event:
Complete production and proceedings of the event based off the approved run sheet.
Stage/Entertainment management
Vendor/Supplier management including Food & Beverage.
Bump-in and Bump-out: Your Event Manager will oversee all bump-in and bump-out, including managing all stakeholders, teams/crew, volunteers, suppliers and any other relevant activities. Costs associated with this activity will be reflected in the event budget.
Post Event Debrief
HMG will conduct a debrief meeting with you and related groups at the completion of the event.
